Mind-Body-Spirit Wellness and Healing
The loving-kindness meditation made me feel relaxed, calm, and at peace. I had a lot of time to focus. On the other hand the integral assessment exercise sort of made me angry because of the differen mind set you had to change. I do not changing my thought too many times during an exercise. This can make you loose focus and unable to concentrate. The area that I have chosen to be a focus of growth and development is my mental and physical health because I need both of these to be fit and healthy. I have started eating right, exercising, meditating, and getting more rest to foster greater wellness in these areas.

Subtle Mind Practice
I really enjoyed this meditation. It made me calm and relaxed. I stayed focus on what I was doing. I like the technique of concentrating on your breathing. Compared to loving kindness, this was better. Loving kindness made me calm at certain points. I also mad me frustrated because of the many thought changes throughout the meditation.
Spiritual wellness does have a connection to mental and physical wellness. Spiritual wellness, makes me feel mentally stable. Also, it encourages me to take care of my physical body by exercising and eating properly.

Loving Kindness
My experience was mixed with this exercise. I did not enjoy the exercise during certain parts. I just do not like changing what my mind is own. I think we had to change our thoughts too many times. I did find the exercise to be beneficial. Most of the time I was relax and calm. I only found the exercise to be difficult because of the many thought changes.
Mental workouts are brain exercises for your mental state of mind. These workouts are proven to help the brain remember and work properly. These exercises helps people with dementia. I can implement mental workouts to foster my psychological health by reading and doing puzzles.

The Mind Body Connection
I would rate my physical well-being as a 5, my spiritual well-being a 9 and my psychological well-being a 9 on a scale from 1 to 10. My personal goals are to exercise more and loose weight. I know I have to do this because I want to live a long healthy life. My spiritual goal is to continue to stay focus on God and all that he has plan for my life. As for my psychological goal, I want to continue to make sure my mind is well and healthy. Some activities that I will do to achieve my goals are to diet and exercise. Also, I will take part in some form of meditation such as yoga or tai chi. I also will continue to to read the bible for biblical learning. The relaxation exercise made me loosen up. I did feel relax during part of the meditation. I did get a little frustrated when the person kept saying imagine this and now imagine that.
