Journey On Relaxation Exercise

If you have never tried a relaxation exercise, you should do so. I tried it and to my surprise it really did relax me. My body went into a transition that was unknown to myself. I felt overwhelmed with the power of relaxation. Usually my neck is very stiff but even that loosened up by the time the exercise session was over. I did not know that the blood flow in your body comes from the adominal area. After allowing the blood flow to go to my arms and hands, they begin to get warm and I could not move them. I was so relaxed. By the time the session was over, I was very calm and ready to start my day at work. I highly recommend if you are stressed out, feeling tense or just need to relax to try the relaxation exercise. I really enjoyed this is will continue to do it at least twice a week. Happy Blogging!
