Professional Application of the Psychological and Spiritual Aspects of Healing

I would rate my psychological and spiritual well-being a 9 and my physical well-being a 6 on a scale from 1 to 10. The only score that changed was my physical well-being because I am exercising more and loosing weight.
I have made progress toward the goals I set for myself. I am currently exercising more and loosing weight. I am continuing to make sure my mind is healthy and I am reading more inspirational books.
I have implemented the activities I chose for my well-being physically, spiritually, and psychologically. I am eating healthier, I practice meditation and visualization, as well as, reading more spiritual and encouraging books.
I have developed improvements in my well-being. This course has been rewarding because of the many techniques of meditation we learned about and incorporate them in our daily lives. Also, I am feeling good about myself. The difficulty I experienced in this course is learning to forgive people through loving-kindness practice. This experience will allow me to assist other because now I have an understanding of integral health and I can  introduce it to others.

  1. Hi Queen T,

I am inspired by reading your post; I just want to know what type of exercises can you suggest if any for someone who has pains in their knees? I use to run, jump, and dance but now my knees are hurting and I don't know what is best for me. I am inspired to move more and exercise because I want to be in good health and not just loose weight (that comes with good health), but I want to be in good fit shape. Please continue to inspire people with your testimonies; they do help.
